The purchase agreement is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email or begin processing the order.

Our products are faithful, handcrafted furniture reproductions.

Measurements, materials, and product descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge and belief. Color variations are possible and can arise in particular due to different screen displays or individual device settings.

Illustrations, drawings and technical specifications do not constitute guarantees.
We reserve the right to change, further develop, or remove products from our product range at any time.

All prices include statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless these are expressly included in the price.

The prices valid at the time of ordering apply.

We offer the following payment methods, among others:

• Klarna
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
• Advance payment / bank transfer
• Cash on delivery (only for selected standard versions)
• Payment with cryptocurrencies (via external payment service providers)

Discounts or partial payments may be offered for payments made by bank transfer, depending on the agreement.

For cash on delivery payments, a deposit of 10% of the purchase price is due immediately after ordering.
This deposit is non-refundable and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or failure to accept the goods.

Cash on delivery is only possible for standardized versions and is excluded for:

• Customer fabrics or special materials
• Special paint finishes
• heavy solid wood furniture
• Marble tables

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will only take place after full payment has been received or after receipt of the agreed deposit.

Delivery will be made within the European Union to the delivery address you have provided.

Large or bulky furniture is delivered by a furniture shipping company. The shipping company usually arranges a delivery date in advance.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery will be made to the first accessible front door.

The stated delivery times are non-binding guidelines.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the goods only passes to them upon delivery of the goods to them or to a person authorized by them to receive them.

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

The statutory warranty rights apply.

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt for transport damage or obvious defects and report these promptly by email.

In the case of justified defects, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product.

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as in cases of injury to life, body or health.

In the case of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage.

Furthermore, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

The law of the European Union applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
