Order & Purchase
You select your desired piece of furniture, configure the material and color, and complete your order directly in the online shop. After receiving your order, you will receive an order confirmation with all the details. For custom-made items, we will also contact you personally to coordinate the details.
Yes. We offer free material samples for many fabrics and leathers, which we will send to you in advance. This allows you to check the color and feel at home at your leisure.
Changes are possible as long as production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your requirements.
Yes. You will receive a binding order confirmation before production starts.
Yes. We also accept your order by phone or email upon request.
Materials & workmanship
We exclusively use materials from renowned European manufacturers, including leather from Gruppo Dani, fabrics from Nicotrend, marble from La Brillante, metal frames from Casprini, and upholstery from Olmo. This ensures the highest quality, durability, and precise workmanship.
We offer both natural aniline leather and pigmented leather. We would be happy to advise you on the care, durability, and appearance of each type.
Our upholstery consists of dimensionally stable cold foam with a multi-layered construction. This ensures that seating comfort and shape are retained even after many years.
In many cases, we use more modern, durable materials that look like the original but are technically superior.
We prefer to work with European suppliers and focus on durable, repairable materials instead of short-lived disposable products.
Natural materials develop a characteristic patina over time, which gives the furniture additional character.
Custom-made products & customer fabrics
Yes. Upon request, we can also process fabrics or leather provided by you, provided they are suitable for upholstered furniture.
Custom sizes and individual adjustments are possible for selected models. Please contact us.
Yes. Many models can be individually combined with different frames, leathers and fabrics.
Production & Origin
All furniture in the Bauhaus collection is manufactured exclusively in Tuscany, Italy.
Our partner companies are specialized manufacturers who have been producing high-quality designer furniture for generations. Each piece of furniture is carefully handcrafted, with particular attention to detail, material selection, and precise workmanship.
We deliberately avoid industrial mass production. Instead, our furniture is produced in small series by experienced craftsmen who combine traditional techniques with modern precision.
This ensures that each piece is not only visually true to the original, but also meets the highest standards in terms of quality, stability and durability.
Yes. A large part of the production is done by traditional handcraft.
In particular, the upholstery, leather processing, cutting, sewing, and final assembly are carried out manually by experienced craftspeople. These steps require precision, a feel for the material, and many years of experience.
Machine processes are only used where they serve accuracy and consistent quality. However, the decisive quality characteristics arise from craftsmanship.
This is how each piece of furniture is created as an individual quality product – not as anonymous mass-produced goods.
Each piece of furniture is checked again before shipping at the factory and again upon receipt of goods.
Most models are individually manufactured to order and not delivered from stock.

- Bank transfer (prepayment, total amount in advance with a 3% discount or 20% deposit after ordering and the remainder one week before shipment)

This allows you to flexibly choose the payment method that suits you best.
Yes. If you transfer the full invoice amount directly after ordering, we will grant you a 3% discount on the total amount.
The discount will be automatically shown in your order confirmation.
For payments via bank transfer, we offer two options:
- 3% discount for payment of the total amount immediately after ordering.
- 20% deposit immediately after ordering, the remaining balance approximately 1 week before shipment.
We will personally discuss your preferred option with you after you place your order.
Delivery & Shipping
We deliver throughout the EU and to selected other countries. The exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
We typically deliver items in stock within 2–4 weeks. Custom-made furniture requires 6–8 weeks production time, depending on the model.
Please inspect the goods upon delivery. Report any transport damage to us immediately – we will take care of replacement or repair quickly and easily.
Transport damage is fully insured and will be handled by us.
Standard delivery is to the curb. Delivery to your living space is available upon request and for an additional charge. Please contact us before ordering so we can discuss the options with you.
Most of our furniture arrives fully assembled. For models that are shipped disassembled for logistical reasons, assembly is the customer's responsibility. We do not currently offer assembly by the delivery company.
The customer is generally responsible for disposing of the packaging. For deliveries to the customer's residence, the carrier can arrange for packaging removal upon request and for an additional charge.
Warranty & Service
We offer a 5-year warranty on construction and workmanship in accordance with our warranty conditions.
Yes. We offer personal consultations via email, telephone or WhatsApp – before, during and after your purchase.
In exceptional cases, a visit to the factory in Italy is possible. Please contact us directly for this.
Yes. You will receive a proper invoice with VAT shown for every order.
Yes. You will have a personal contact person throughout the entire process.
We will gladly inform you about the status of your order upon request.
Yes. We keep spare parts and materials available for our models in the long term.
Originals, Reproductions & Quality
We offer exclusively high-quality, faithful reproductions of classic Bauhaus designs. These are not licensed design originals, but technically and aesthetically precise replicas.
Our furniture is made in Italy using high-quality materials, sturdy steel frames, and durable upholstery. Cheap mass-produced copies often use inferior foams, thin steel tubing, and simplified designs with a significantly shorter lifespan.
Yes. We work according to historical original dimensions and proven construction drawings in order to implement the shape, seating comfort and appearance as precisely as possible.
Visually and qualitatively, our reproductions are true to the original; in terms of construction, we sometimes use more modern, stable solutions.
We work exclusively with specialized manufacturers and avoid simplified mass production.
Many Bauhaus designs are no longer subject to licensing fees. We deliberately focus on technically high-quality reproductions.
Returns & Complaints
Standardized products are subject to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Custom-made furniture is excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Contact us with photos and a description of the problem. We will review the case and offer a repair, replacement, or other solution.
In the event of a cancellation, the customer bears the return shipping costs. In the case of defects, transport damage, or incorrect delivery, we will of course cover all costs.
