Marcel Breuer's Cesca chair without armrests is one of the most famous Bauhaus classics of the 20th century. Designed in 1928, it combines the concept of the cantilever chair with a clean, functional design. The chrome-plated tubular steel frame provides the framework for a seat and backrest made of hand-woven Viennese wickerwork or optionally wood and upholstery.
The absence of armrests makes the chair appear even lighter and more versatile—whether at the dining table, in the office, or as an elegant accent chair in the living area.
