An overview of your rights regarding returns, refunds, and contract cancellations
Cancellation policy & return policy
If you are ordering from us as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the concluded contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option).
The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
After receiving your cancellation, we will inform you of the specific return address, as our furniture is shipped from different warehouses and shipping locations depending on the product and availability.
You must return the goods to the return address specified by us without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.
You are generally responsible for the return shipping costs, provided the delivered goods match the order.
For large furniture items or those delivered by freight carrier, returns are also handled by freight carrier. In this case, a partial cost contribution of approximately 10 to 20% of the merchandise value should be expected, depending on size, weight, and delivery country.
Alternatively, you can hire your own transport service provider and return the goods at your own expense to the return address we have specified.
Please return the goods unused, complete and securely packaged for transport.
The furniture must be in its original condition and adequately protected for return transport. You may be held liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain the condition, properties, and functionality of the furniture.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:
• Goods manufactured according to customer specifications
• Individually configured or personalized products (e.g., special dimensions, choice of fabric or material)
• Goods that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return
Regardless of your right of withdrawal, you are entitled to statutory warranty rights.
Please check the goods immediately upon receipt for transport damage or defects and report these promptly by email so that we can find a quick and fair solution together.

This cancellation and return policy applies to orders with delivery within the European Union and takes into account the special characteristics of furniture that is shipped by freight forwarder and from different warehouse locations.
