Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to:
• Germany
• Austria
• to other countries of the European Union
• to Switzerland (with separate conditions)
Our deliveries primarily focus on Germany and Austria.
All furniture is manufactured in Italy and shipped directly to you from our factories in Tuscany.
Depending on the size, shipping is handled by a furniture shipping company or parcel service.
The following shipping conditions apply to deliveries to Germany and Austria:
• For orders up to €1,499, we charge €95 for shipping.
• For orders between €1,500 and €2,499, we charge €150 for shipping.
• We offer free shipping on orders over €2,500.
Delivery is made by freight carrier to the first accessible front door.
The following conditions apply to deliveries to other EU countries:
• For orders up to €1,499, we charge €150 for shipping.
• For orders between €1,500 and €2,999, we charge €250 for shipping.
• We offer free shipping on orders over €3,000.
Delivery is made by freight forwarder or parcel service, depending on the size and weight of the order.
Special conditions apply to deliveries to Switzerland:
• For orders up to €1,499, we charge €150 for shipping to the border warehouse.
• For orders between €1,500 and €2,999, we charge €250 for shipping to the border warehouse.
• For orders over €3,000, we deliver free of charge to the border warehouse.
Customs clearance, import VAT and onward transport to Switzerland are handled by the customer or a commissioned service provider.
The delivery time consists of production and transport time.
• We usually deliver stock items within 2–4 weeks.
• Custom-made furniture requires approximately 6–8 weeks production time, depending on the model, plus transport time.
All delivery times are non-binding estimates.
Delivery is made by default to the first accessible front door.
Additional services such as delivery to a specific floor or delivery into the living space are available upon request and for an extra charge.

Please inspect the goods carefully upon delivery.
• Please note any visible damage directly with the driver.
• Please report any hidden damage to us immediately by email upon discovery.
We will take care of replacement or repair quickly and easily.
All shipments are fully insured.
The settlement is handled directly through us – there are no additional risks or costs for you.
Most of our furniture is delivered fully assembled.
For models that are shipped disassembled for logistical reasons, assembly is carried out by the customer.
We do not currently offer assembly by the shipping company.
The disposal of the packaging is generally the responsibility of the customer.
For deliveries to the living space, the shipping company can arrange for the packaging to be taken away upon request and for an additional charge.
